Terms of Purchase
All Sales Are Final
All transactions and payments for programs, products, and services are final and non-refundable. No refunds, partial refunds, credits, or transfers are issued for any reason, including non-attendance, non-participation, change of circumstances, or change of mind.
This applies from the moment of purchase.
Payment Obligations
Where a payment plan is selected, the full balance is owed regardless of participation, attendance, or completion. Selecting a payment plan is a commitment to the full purchase price, not a per-session or per-month arrangement.
If a scheduled payment is not received, access to programs, materials, and community may be paused, and the full remaining balance becomes immediately due. Pausing access does not reduce or cancel the amount owed.
Nature of the Programs
Programs include live sessions, digital materials, proprietary frameworks and tools, and access to a private community. Because materials are digital and delivered immediately, and because sessions are live and cannot be recovered once held, all purchases are non-returnable.
No Guarantee of Outcomes
No financial, business, or personal outcome is guaranteed. No program can legally guarantee income or revenue results.
Results depend on factors outside our control, including each client's own implementation, market conditions, business model, capacity, and circumstances. Any examples, case studies, or results shared by us or by other clients are illustrative only and are not a promise, projection, or representation of what any individual will achieve.
Clients are responsible for their own business decisions and financial choices, including how they choose to fund their enrollment.
Client Responsibility
We provide the model, the strategy, the sessions, and the materials. Clients are responsible for implementation, both behavioral and business. Results follow implementation.
Intellectual Property
All frameworks, models, materials, recordings, worksheets, and tools are the exclusive property of Giselle Baumet, LLC. Clients receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use them for their own business during their enrollment. Materials may not be copied, distributed, resold, taught, or used to create derivative programs without written permission.
Community Conduct and Confidentiality
What is shared inside the private community and in group sessions is confidential. Clients agree not to share other members' information or disclosures outside the community. We reserve the right to remove any client for conduct that is disruptive, abusive, or harmful to other members. Removal for cause does not entitle the client to a refund, and any remaining balance remains due.
Payment Disputes
Clients agree to contact us directly to resolve any concern about a purchase before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with their bank or card issuer. By enrolling, clients acknowledge that they have read and accepted these terms, that the services were described to them before purchase, and that they are purchasing access rather than a guaranteed outcome.
Acceptance
By enrolling through Skool, Stripe, invoice, or any other payment method we offer, clients acknowledge and accept these terms in full.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of purchase governs that purchase.
